The Lady with the Lamp is an amazing addition to the services we provide here at Arbor Terrace. Tiffany and her team are available, responsive and kind. They constantly go above and beyond for our families, ensuring residents receive the care they need even if that means coming out to the community at 9 pm at night or Sunday morning at 9 am. They look at each resident on an individual basis, I have watched them turn one resident from a sad, socially isolated lady to a social butterfly by being patient, working with the family and other agencies. I would highly recommend this group to any community or senior looking for exceptional care and value.

I have to say I am so fortunate to be able to have you seeing our residents. This is one of the most professional group of people I’ve met. Your staff is amazing, they ask the right questions, they are genuinely concerned about the patient’s well-being, very polite and very helpful and also amazing medical professionals.
